You can easily recover restrictions passcode of iPhone/iPad/iPod without third party software. My method works in latest iPhones like iPhone x, iPhone Xs, iPhone Xs Max, iPhone Xr and even in older iPhones like iPhone 8, iPhone 7, iPhone 6 and iPhone 5. Also the method works in all lates iOS releases like iOS 12, iOS 11, iOS 10, iOS 9 and even in iOS 8 and iOS 7.
To recover restrictions passcode you need iTunes installed on your PC. Also you need to take a full backup of your iDevice. The backup should be non encrypted backup. Then from the non encrypted backup we will find a file. Here is the file name. You need to search the the backup folder using this file name.

I will create another video telling how can you easily reset restrictions passcode using another way. The reason I didn't show you both method within same video is to keep the video shorter. Some guys recommend you to use iCopyBot software to read the com.apple.restrictions password.plist file which in my opinion is no brainer! the com.apple.restrictions password.plist file is actually an XML file which can be read and edited with any plain text editor. I think those guys don't know the name of .plist file in the backup folder.
I hope you will be able to recover iPhone restrictions passcode with the help of my video easily. As said you can use the method to recover any iOS restrictions password easily. Therefore the method will work in iPhone, iPad and iPod simultaneously.
