As this tablet is a 16 GB, After windows only 4 -5 GB left for general use, so there is not enough space to install android inside this 16GB emmc. And you can't install this android on SD card because in order to work sd card we need to install SD card first and SD card is not a boot able media because of the design of the tablet. So if you using a 16 GB tablet technically you can't dual-boot, but you can dualboot using a bootable pen drive, Must use an USB 3.0 Pen-drive.
Touch screen is not working because there is no driver support for android.
